In 2021 NVE developed 30 Farinella in East Hanover on spec to fill the market’s needs for a 75,500 sf first class industrial space. The market answered with single user Bio / Life Science tenant GenScript. GenScript will improve the building into a GMP, FDA regulated biopharma manufacturing facility under a long term lease. NVE strategically selected GenScript based on its science/tech usage, fit within the surrounding area and investment in the property.
